Why We Had to Start

When people experience loss or major life transitions, they deserve more than a couch to crash on -

they deserve a village that nurtures their return to wholeness.

Cind & Sol was born from lived experience - seeing friends, family and ourselves navigate grief, loss and burnout

without the support we all innately need.

Life moves fast & is hard enough as is without the added stress of navigating grief & heavy transitions.

We realized there are very few spaces designed for rest, reconnection and creative healing - especially for those starting over after

loss, transition or hardship.

So, we decided to build one.

Navigating grief or life after trauma

or transition can feel overwhelming, all-consuming & never-ending

when done alone.

But it doesn't have to & no one needs to go through that alone.

In our experience, those struggling often just need support - a place to process, breathe & rebuild without the pressure.

We’re here to offer that space and time - to help people get back on their feet and reintegrate with purpose.

Every number represents someone who deserves a chance to heal, not just survive & help remind us why community-based healing matters now more than ever.

Our Vision

We envision every community having

somewhere people can safely & holistically rest,

rebuild, return to themselves & reintegrate

back into a world where they don't just have to survive.

The systems are broken.

We're here to do what we can to help because

Healing isn’t a luxury - it’s a birthright.
